Its 7"L shaft's unique gripping teeth lock into the threaded holes (dia. of 1/2" up 1-1/4") on the front or rear of the vehicle. To use, simply insert I-Bolt into threaded hole and engage the gripping teeth by turning clockwise. Secure vehicle with included safety straps. DO NOT USE I-Bolt for securing your load. I-Bolt is NOT a recovery tool. Kit includes:(1) I-Bolt, and (1) 6'L x 2"W safety strap with 3-1/2" flat snap hook
